Over the last ten years, Craig Matze and his team have completed four separate renovation projects for me on two separate residences. They were all completed timely and with my complete satisfaction as the ultimate goal. I simply wouldn’t think of using anyone else for more reasons than there is room on this page to list, but here are a few of the main ones:
*Craig has had the same core team for all the years I’ve worked with him. That says a lot about him as a person and an employer. This core team is terrific.
*He and his team do everything possible to minimize disruption to your home while the project is underway.
*They clean up their mess. The value of having a contractor who cleans up all along the way cannot be underestimated.
*Craig is a problem solver. He is flexible and he is level headed. These traits are paramount to satisfaction with your contractor, because even detailed plans have to be adjusted along the way to achieve what you truly envision. I think the value of these characteristics is hard to put a price on, but Craig insists, and he is always reasonably priced! If you’re thinking of an addition or renovation, Matze Construction is an excellent choice, but you should hurry before I think of another project I need them for!
